I'm a beauty school student and dancer. In my spare time (now shrinking to a faint glimmer) -and when I'm not dancing-I enjoy knitting, sewing, gardening, cooking, and pursuing simple pleasures. I currently work in the finance office of Starwood Ampitheatre in Nashville. In my previous career I worked for a dancewear company for three years, travelling the country. There are so many things I'm interested in and want to do, so I'm sure my path will have plenty of turns along the way. One day perhaps I'll go to grad school, either in English, philosophy, or something in the way of nutrition, fitness, and health. I strive for mind/body balance and like to think about the ways they connect. I'm a Modern dancer with a ballet background. I play bass and keys occasionally. I went to college for philosophy and english literature, and therefore have a fondness for reading and writing. I enjoy performing, teaching, and choreographing many styles of dance; I'm a member of Blue Moves Modern Dance Company- www.bluemoves.org. I like creating pieces with personal, philosophical, and political themes. I generally have a relaxed and happy disposition. I'm married to a talented and fun husband whom I love dearly named Ernie. He's an amazing web designer- www.sirendesign.net. We have a pretty calico kitty we call Mouser, Meecer's Meeces, Kitten, etc.
